Your role at Aparavi

1st level support and documentation via the Jira ticket system
IT asset inventory management
Receiving, triaging, and recording technical requests
Internal IT support (installation and configuration of hardware and software, diagnosis, and problem resolution)
Internal account management (Onboarding and Offboarding)
Administration of 1Password, Ubiquiti Unifi switches, Hubspot, Atlassian, Confluence, Jira, Office 365, and Azure AD
Maintaining the company IT infrastructure and procuring new equipment (networking, cabling, access points, and workstations)
IT security policies in accordance with ISO standards
Mobile Device Management
Administration of the Microsoft 365 admin center, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender,
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, etc. and Quarantine/Anti-spam policies
Participating in ISO audits
Conducting IT security training for employees
Developing and proposing optimal solutions aligned with our business vision and culture
Collaborating with external vendors and service partners to obtain product information and resolve technical issues

What we are looking for

A passionate IT Support to join our Munich office. No REMOTE.

What we expect from you

5 years of professional experience in support
Relevant degree / qualification
Experience in dealing with users
Experience in the network sector
High customer and service orientation
Ideally experience with Cloud applications
Passion for commissioning hardware and installing software
Enthusiastic team player and independent work
Business fluent in German and English
